Reg 4 Test

If you received a notice from the LAFD via The Compliance Engine, you know that you have to find a certified tester to conduct a Reg 4 Test on your fire safety equipment and systems. We are licensed and certified take care of any Reg 4 tests your property requires. Once we schedule and complete a test, if there are no defects we send a copy of the report to you and to the fire department. If there are defects found, we send a copy of the report out and you have 30 days to complete repairs.

Title 19 Test

If your property is located in Los Angeles County or cities such as Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Culver City, Alhambra, Pasadena, etc. you may need a Title 19 test. More often than not, your property insurance will require that your fire prevention equipment is testing, repaired if needed, and up to date. After all, “Fire Protection is Your Best Insurance”.
